Dr. Beverly Arsht is an organization and management consultant with 22 years experience in change work.

She was selected to be the lead process designer for one of the largest change interventions ever undertaken: the 1997 Presidents’ Summit on America's Future. National leaders, including five U.S. presidents and delegates from each state, joined with business and community leaders to set goals and create plans to help the nation’s young.

Beverly is certified to deliver the Organization Workshops, which focuses on understanding power and systems, and is based on the work of Barry Oshry. She is also certified to administer the Group Development Questionnaire (GDQ) and is part of the GDQ information network, which is committed to the ongoing study and research of group practice. Beverly is also a member of the Future Search Alliance.
