Cherie Humphrey focuses on leadership and group performance in attaining business results. She has written and facilitated workshops on communication, group behavior and personal transformation to initiate powerful change. Cherie has worked on leadership assessment, competency development and executive coaching projects to develop leaders. Cherie is effective at helping her clients link their actions to their own and their company’s strategic interests and has worked to personally coach over 100 corporate leaders on an individual basis. She has served leaders in a variety of industries including telecom, finance, energy, and consumer products.

Cherie arrived at helping companies effectively navigate change through her work in the booming technology field of the mid-1990’s when she worked for an information technology consulting firm. Cherie decided to use her experience with project management, business process engineering and software design to pursue consulting in leadership development, team building, and large-scale organizational change.

Cherie has a Master of Science in Organization Development from Loyola University of Chicago and is a member of the Future Search Network. She lives in Palatine, Illinois with her husband and two sons. The Humphrey’s enjoy traveling, running, cooking, gardening, and recently getting more involved with grass roots organizations to end extreme poverty in developing countries.
