Nancy Aronson has a doctorate in Applied Learning Theory from Temple University, and has been doing group process work in organizations since 1980.

Nancy’s private-sector work includes helping corporations unleash their “Middle Power,” by using middle managers as catalysts for substantive change. Her public-sector work includes helping communities implement collaborative change-management processes. Nancy counts among her clients: Georgetown University, the University of Southern California, the Baptist Hospital System, Inova Health Systems, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Points of Light Foundation, and the public school systems of Philadelphia, Harrisburg PA, and Dayton OH.

Nancy was a facilitator at the 1997 President’s Summit for America’s Future . She is also a member of Future Search Network and Future Search Alliance, and is certified to conduct the Power and Systems Organization Lab.
