Nancy VossNancy Voss is a senior associate of the Axelrod Group, with over twenty years of experience coaching leaders and assisting individuals, groups, and organizations in creating and sustaining positive, meaningful change.

She helps leaders and teams develop their capacity to address the complex issues, challenges and opportunities faced by today’s business and community leaders. Her coaching focuses on personal achievement and fulfillment, group effectiveness and system wide improvement.

Nancy designs and facilitates meetings, conferences, workshops and change processes that enable diverse groups to define and achieve desired outcomes. She has designed and facilitated organizational, international and multicultural forums for change in the US, Europe and the Middle East.

As adjunct faculty in the Graduate Organization Development Program at Benedictine University, she teaches courses in facilitation and consulting skills, high performance work systems and large group processes. She has also taught leadership development at the University of Chicago's Graham School, and served as design faculty for The Association for Quality and Participation’s School for Management and Change.

Nancy is a contributing author to The Flawless Consulting Fieldbook and Companion by Peter Block. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Northwestern University and a master's degree in organization development from Aurora University.
