Nancy Voss is a senior associate of the Axelrod Group, with over twenty years of experience consulting to individuals, groups, and organizations in change management. She focuses on whole system change, developing high performance organizations, large group interventions, work redesign, leadership, team and interteam development, and process consultation.

She is an adjunct faculty member in the Graduate Program in Management and Organizational Behavior at Benedictine University, teaching graduate classes in consulting skills, high performance organizations, and large group interventions. She is a faculty member of the School for Managing and Leading Change, sponsored by the Association for Quality and Participation and Peter Block, and is a contributing author to Peter’s The Flawless Consulting Field book and Companion.
