Rosemarie Barbeau is a senior associate of the Axelrod Group and has been with the firm since 1988. She brings expertise in the use of large group conferences to help clients plan their futures, mobilize large scale change, redesign their organizations and processes and engage in relationship building dialogue with their customers. She is experienced in the use of the Conference Model®, which she helped develop, as well as Future Search and Open Space technologies.
A particular area of focus for Rosemarie is providing consulting and facilitation to support successful implementation of large Information Technology projects. Over a several year period she provided change strategy and facilitation support for the largest civilian implementation of an electronic health record in the country – KP HealthConnect at Kaiser Permanente.
She also provides high impact team facilitation to develop effective, productive teams, including leadership, project and work teams. Through customized design and objectives-driven facilitation, she helps teams set and align on common goals, clarify roles and accountabilities, refine work processes and build and sustain effective working relationships.
Client organizations include Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers, University of Southern California, University of California, Berkeley and Chevron.
