Rosemarie Barbeau is a senior associate of the Axelrod Group, with whom she has been associated since 1988. As an organization development consultant, she has worked with client companies in both the service and manufacturing sectors, as well as nonprofit organizations. In that time, Rosemarie has helped teams develop strategies, clarify roles, improve work processes, and strengthen working relationships. Towards those ends, she is certified in the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and has extensive experience in using this tool to help teams develop relationships, work through conflict, and improve how work is done. Rosemarie is experienced in the design and facilitation of large group meetings to develop vision and strategies, to assist in organizational redesign, and to bring clients into dialogue with their customers. She has training and experience in the Conference Model®, which she helped develop, Future Search, and Open Space technologies. Rosemarie also brings a strong background in management education to her work. She served for four years on the faculty of the University of Chicago's Management Development Seminar. Currently, she is on the faculty of the School for Managing and Leading Change, a resource for teams from for-profit, not-for-profit, and public sector organizations, to learn and apply cutting-edge organizational change theory and tools. |
