Stephen Treacy has been a senior associate in the Axelrod Group since 1985. Prior to serving as an organizational consultant and educator, he was an engineering professional with twenty-five years of engineering management experience, including project director and corporate officer assignments.

Stephen serves on the adjunct faculty of the Benedictine University Graduate School of Management and Organization Behavior, where he is the co-author of the Change Management Consulting Certificate Program. His course offerings include Process Consultation, Designing Organizations for High Performance, Total Quality Management, Business Process Redesign, and Large Group Interventions for Organization Change.
