STEPHEN TREACY

Stephen TreacyStephen Treacy has been consulting to organizations since 1985. Prior to serving as an organizational consultant and educator, he was an engineering professional / chief operating officer for a large design-build construction firm. For many years he served in a dual role as leader and consultant.

Stephen has consulted to numerous senior management groups. He has led many large and small organization change projects including applied strategic planning, organization redesign, business process redesign, and inter-department team development.

Stephen serves on the adjunct faculty of the Benedictine University Graduate School of Management and Organization Behavior. He is the co-author of the Change Management Consulting Certificate Program. His course offerings include Process Consultation, Designing Organizations for High Performance, Total Quality Management, Business Process Redesign, and Large Group Interventions for Organization Change. He has given numerous workshops and presentations to professional organizations on change management strategies that provide rapid, meaningful outcomes with high levels of organizational ownership and support.

Currently, Stephen’s diverse consultations include:

• Executive coaching and planning support to senior leadership for a global manufacturer of trucks and military combat vehicles, a large western coal mine, a petroleum product refinery, and a large faith based social services agency. In part, this work is conducted virtually.

• Administrator leadership development for a midsize school district and a state association of school business officials.

• Practice management, marketing and consultation strategy development for internal and external organization development consultants. This includes conducting public and internal trainer certification workshops for consultants in the LIFO Method for Leadership Development. Stephen is a Master Trainer in the LIFO Method.

In addition:

• As a licensed commercial pilot since 1972 and a certificated flight instructor since 1996, Stephen consults to aviation training organizations and provides Technically Advanced Aircraft flight training to pilots.
